A White Beach Home
This two story home was designed in a modern Shingle Style and is located near the beach in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The owners chose to focus on creating inviting spaces for entertaining their growing family and to further customize their home with an interior designer to achieve their desired beachy aesthetics. Finishes include white painted brick and painted cedar shake siding with a cedar shingle roof and aluminum standing seam accents at curved roof eyebrows.

RIVERFRONT WATCH
This Shingle Style two story home was designed to maximize views towards the inter-coastal waters in Jacksonville, Florida. All of the bedrooms and primary living spaces have direct access to windows facing the adjacent riverfront and the residence was oriented on its site to optimize these viewing angles. Simple, crisp white trim and a painted brick watertable contrast with the richly colored cedar shingle siding.
